Appointments
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted nights, weekends and holidays, but if you have an emergency or urgency to see the vet on duty give us a call so we can help. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. Request an Appointment>
Emergency & Urgent Care
We are associated and located in the same building as Mandarin Pet Emergency Hospital. This association means that we are not only available for routine appointments and daytime emergencies but also we are staffed 24 hours a day for any after hours emergency. This makes us quite different then all other facilities in the Jacksonville area.
We are available for appointments all day, and because we are open for emergencies nights, weekends and holidays you can assure that your pet will never be left alone. There is always a technician on duty and you are always welcome to call and check on your hospitalized friend day or night. Visitation is permitted only if patient is stable, has not had recent surgery, and the Dr. has been consulted and approves.

Payments
Vet-I-Care Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Carecredit. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. Learn More>
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
